SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 2-3 business days after processing, for the shipping of your order. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation details.

Local deliveries with TARA Couriers are expected to arrive in approximately 1-3 business days.

International shipping with DHL is expected to arrive in 2-3 business days, Monday – Friday.

Shipping costs will vary depending on shipment destination and weight/ size.

We currently ship locally and internationally to the USA and Canada.

RETURN POLICY

Soho accepts returns for exchange or store credit only.

No refunds.

Items must be returned within 5 days of receiving your order. Returns must be accompanied by receipt. Items must be returned in the same condition as purchased.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
